Our Story
Founded by CA Ashwani Kumar Garg, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 and became Kurukshetra's pioneer CA, our firm has been serving clients across Haryana and beyond for over 40 years. What started as a small practice under the name Galhotra Garg & Company has grown into one of the region's most respected chartered accountancy firms. In 2002, the firm was formally reconstituted as Garg Garg & Associates (ICAI Reg. No. 018813N), marking a new chapter of expansion while retaining the same unwavering commitment to integrity, expertise, and client service.
CA Ashwani Kumar Garg qualifies as a Chartered Accountant and establishes Kurukshetra's first CA practice, pioneering professional accounting services in the region.
Firm formally reconstituted as Garg Garg & Associates with ICAI Registration No. 018813N, expanding service capabilities and team strength.
Empanelled with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Comptroller & Auditor General (CAG) as approved auditors for banking and government institutions.

Our Leadership
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, CA Ashwani Kumar Garg has been practicing since 1984 — making him Kurukshetra's pioneer in the profession. He served as Chairman of the Kurukshetra Branch of NIRC of ICAI from 2018 to 2019 and has been Vice Chairman of the Karnal Branch. His deep expertise spans Direct Taxation, Statutory Audits, and Corporate Law, and his leadership has shaped the firm's reputation for integrity and technical excellence.
Qualified in 2009, CA Raghav Garg brings over 15 years of specialized expertise in Income Tax, GST, Corporate Affairs, and FEMA. He holds FCA, LLM, LLB, and DISA qualifications and served as Past Chairman of Kurukshetra Branch of ICAI. In 2019, he founded our sister concern Garg Raghav & Associates, which focuses on complex tax matters and corporate compliance.
Together with GG Associates Private Limited, our group provides comprehensive financial, legal, and corporate services under one umbrella — combining the wisdom of four decades with the energy of a forward-thinking team.
